Caritas Prague – Child sponsorship programme manager (2000-2004)
I founded the Caritas Prague Child sponsorship program during my volunteer year in Uganda and continued (based in Prague) as a team leader/fundraiser of programs in Uganda, India and Lithuania. Increased the number of sponsored children from 3000 in 2001 to 13500 in 2004. I obtained a public award „Icon of Pilsen 2010″ for this achievement.
