
Marketing Kinaki M&E tool
I was commissioned (July 2014) by Jakub Nemec from Salanga NGO to create a marketing strategy for their M&E tool Kinaki. Kinaki is a platform that provides unique project monitoring and evaluation tools for development, humanitarian and social organizations.
I had a very positive experience with Kinaki from the evaluation of ADRA Canada project in Rwanda, and benefited myself from large baseline and end line database and vast possibilities of data analysis.
The strategy (that was partially implemented by me over the period of 3 weeks) included contacting the NGO constituency in the Czech Republic, the Czech development agency and Czech MFA. Audit of web page and social media presentation was done. Kinaki will be presented in a special workshop in September to the Czech NGOs.
