Marketing of social enterprise handicrafts (People in Need)

I was commissioned (2013) to create a marketing strategy for handicrafts imported from the Namibian workshop Nama to the Czech Republic. Nama is a social enterprise employing vulnerable women living with HIV. The strategy targeted Czech wholesale businesses, corporate customers and individual buyers. It helped People in Need contact new corporate partners, make a yearly plan of events, work with volunteers and create an e-shop.
